Gothic Lolita meets Kawaii – individual, versatile & suitable for everyday use!

The Mouska Alfar Manufaktur, or MAM for short, stands for meticulously crafted, handmade clothing with character.

We're all about expressive fashion that goes beyond fast fashion: individual, fairly produced, and with a special sense of aesthetics. Our designs combine Gothic Lolita and Kawaii influences with European fits, practical cuts, and a touch of street style.

Each garment is made to order by me and trained professionals in Germany – including specially developed patterns, loving workmanship and, if desired, in your favorite color.

Whether brightly colored, with a dark Gothic flair or as a versatile streetwear piece – almost all items are available in different color combinations and can be combined individually.

This way you don't get mass-produced goods, but a unique piece that truly suits you!

✨ With needle, thread and vision – my path to my own manufactory ✨

It was love at first sight – my first Gothic Lolita dress.
This unique blend of playful elegance and dark romance captivated me immediately – and has stayed with me ever since. But the first hurdle soon became apparent: the typical Asian sizes simply didn't fit, the style often seemed impractical for everyday life, and it was difficult to combine with other pieces.

This is how my clear vision matured: to design Lolita fashion the way I want it – wearable, individual, and accessible to everyone. I want to bring Gothic Lolita and Kawaii fashion out of the niche – directly into your everyday life.

My goal was to create fashion that:

·         suitable for European body shapes

·         is suitable for everyday use

·         and can be freely combined.

✨ Who's behind it? ✨

I'm Mouska Alfar – designer, seamstress, and founder of MAM. My path has never been straightforward – but always creative. I love combining different disciplines to create something entirely my own. With MAM, I've fulfilled a dream: a brand that unites style, craftsmanship, and individuality – for people who see fashion as an expression of their personality.
